DON’T SPILL THE BEANS! Trouble is a-brewin'.
The 101 Moncton Squadron Sponsoring Committee has a tall order and we want to hit the grounds running. We are having a PICADILLY COFFEE FUNDRAISER and it is cool beans. We won't bean around the bush but it's a long shot. Put on your thinking cappuccino and sell, sell, sell! You only have two weeks but better latte than never. The fundraiser will run until Friday, 13 March, 2026. Please see details in the attachment and use the Coffee Order Google Form Link to order. Now steep on it!
Java nice day!

Our Squadron is bringing home the W at the Provincial Marksmanship Championships!! This group of amazing cadets worked as a TEAM to bring home the title!

Our juniors (Vasylenko and Fadipe) were stars this weekend! These two are certainly going to lead our team for years to come and we are very excited to see it happen! Vasylenko had his highest target ever in prone with a 94.4! It has been amazing to watch his growth from last year and the excitement and joy this sport brings to him is contagions! Fadipe was outstanding in both prone and standing taking first place prone and second place in the junior category. Her ability to stay calm and focused on range is definitely going to make her one to watch for years to come!

Our seniors (Smith, Mathew Martin and Saulnier) each stepped up at different moments and their collective efforts made this team unstoppable! Smith was locked in for the prone shooting - posting the only score of the weekend over 200!!! (201.2) This excellent shooting won him the top open in prone! Mathew Martin was a key player for the standing portion of the weekend - putting up big numbers when the team needed it most! He had two targets over 80%! Saulnier was a force all weekend - bringing big targets every time he stepped up to the firing line. All of his prone targets were over 94% (with his top score of 99.5!) and he delivered the top score of the entire competition in standing with an 88.9! What!!!

We also had two individual athletes competing (P***k and Sokhanska) - they represented our Squadron very well in both their shooting and overall comportment during the weekend. They both have very positive attitudes and so much pride in being members of 101! It also doesn’t hurt that they are two of the fiercest competitors in marksmanship! (both shooting over 90 in all their prone targets!)

Finally our cadet coach (Robinson) was a key element in keeping our team on track and shooting their best! His dedication to the role of coach for the past three years and his hard work has made him an integral part of our winning team!

Shout out to our two staff cadets (Hack-Polay and Baretto) who worked hard to make sure our competition ran smoothly all weekend!

Our cadets enjoyed an exceptional evening with the Stadacona Band as they swept us off to the Tropics with their holiday concert « Sleighbells in the Sun »! Special guest Jah’Mila brought her Jamaiciam flare to well known classics for an unforgettable performance!
