To all of our neighbours and friends…….A huge thank you for making last week’s Rhubarb Festival a great success. This being our major fundraiser for the year, we are so appreciative of the support that we receive from all of you….. and who doesn’t love a good Rhubarb Pie.
Next Tuesday evening June 23rd at our community hall, we will be hosting music night featuring Jonathan Bouboul. This is part of the Tuesday night Music Program sponsored byVille de Champdoré/ Town of Champdoré. Come out and listen to some great music, meet some new and old friends and fill the hall with all the folks from Mckees Mills and the Town of Champdore .

well the hunting and gathering of the elusive stalks of Rhubarb is in full mode this morning. thank you to Alyson at Windy Hill Farm for her much appreciated donation of rhubarb to the festival . pie assembly line is fully operational this morning as these photos show.

Here Yee Hear Yee: Rhubarb Festival 2026-June 13th. Its that time of year again when rhubarb is growing and pies are going to be made by our amazing community of bakers. You know what that means...we need gatherers of rhubarb, choppers of rhubarb, cleaners of rhubarb, you get the idea. So starting May 25th drop off what you have gathered, and let the fun begin. Contact Brian Pond at 506-381-7385 to arrange a time for drop off at the community hall for both rhubarb and yard sale items.Stay tuned for more updates over the next few weeks
