The Bridge to Home Shelter continue to operate at full capacity, providing safety, stability, and support to community members experiencing homelessness.

Our team focused on essential daily needs and long-term housing readiness. Nearly 100 individuals who utilized shelter services, case planning, crisis support, and engagement activities that build life skills and connection.

- During the reporting period, the Shelter Program supported 93 -unique individuals, who utilized a total of 1,192 overnight stays.

- 2,023 total services provided to 58 unique individuals.

- Guests participated in a range of service activities designed to build confidence and support their wellness journey.

- Several individuals were able to move toward positive housing outcomes with help from our team.

- Case management and peer support groups remained strong pillars of our work.

- Continued connections to mental health and addiction support for those who needed it.
