Formerly known as "9M5,"
NuMonic Hip Hop is a newly registered club at UTM. For the past 3 years 9M5 has been competing at several Ontario urban dance competitions such as OUCH, BYOB, and The Academy. This year, we decided to change our name to start anew and represent our team in an improved and more welcoming environment.

We wanted to be and make up a word
Nu = another way of spelling "new"
Therefore Nu + Monic
= NuMonic
= Making New Memories
ps. M is capitalized because we're reppin Mississauga
