Potato Corner is set to spice up PhilFest Mississauga! The Philippines’ most famous flavoured fries started as a pop-up at Square One Food District, and now proudly serve four locations across Ontario, bringing their fries and chicken popcorn to the festival.

With options like Shoestring, Sweet Potato, Waffle, and an array of seasonings including Sour Cream, Cheese, BBQ, and more, there’s a flavor for everyone!

Simplé is a Toronto-based band blending R&B, pop, and global influences through a distinctly Filipino-Canadian lens. Alongside modern songs and grooves shaped by community, diaspora, and jam sessions, the group also reimagines traditional Filipino kundiman. Simplé has performed across the Greater Toronto Area for community events and clients including Toyota Canada and Amazon Canada, and recently convened the concert HERE/THERE: Sounds of a Filipino Diaspora in Mississauga. New music from the band is being developed for release in 2026.
