Condo Owners Condo Owners Association (COA) Founded by Linda Pinizzotto, advocates Condo Owners rights and sustainability for condominium ownership.

COA is working with the Government to promote consumer protection, accountability and governance in the New Condo Act Condo Owners Association (known as COA Ontario) is a Non-Profit Association to represent and advocate for Condo Owners. COA a mechanism for awareness and representation in the Political forefront within all levels of Government across the Province of Ontario. There are over 1.3 Mil

lion Condo Owners who need a cohesive united voice to represent them on many important issues. COA supports the development of its members and fosters a prosperous and sustainable economic environment while contributing to the quality of life in the condo community. In March 2010, Linda Pinizzotto, Founder and CEO of the COA created this Association to advocate changes to the Condo Act Provincial Legislation, support licensing of Property Management companies and Managers and to ensure that Board of Directors have a course once elected to better understand their fiduciary responsibilities. The COA has and continues to be a massive force of influence in support of Condo Owners and Condo Corporations which has resulted in various changes to the Condo Act and moving forward to see more.........
