COAontario Condo Owners Association is a non profit Association representing Condo Owners and Condo Corporations of Residential, Commercial and Industrial condos.

Condominiums are governed by the Provincial Condominium Act through the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. The Act is presently under review (the Condo Act Review) by the Ministry. COA has participated in the 3 stages of the view and has provided invaluable input and recommendations to the Ministry. See Building a Better Condo Act (scroll to the bottom). ers on the Consumers Council of Canada, the Fire Marshal Office, Homeowner Protections Centre and various others Stakeholder groups. We believe information and education is an integral part of condominium ownership as well it promotes a better understanding and successful operation of condo corporations. Linda is no strangers to volunteerism, she is the former Government Relations Chair, Director/Vice President of Mississauga Real Estate Board working with TREB, OREA and CREA having developed a high level of skills and achievements while embracing a comprehensive understanding of the industry and her clients requirements. Linda recognizes the importance of working together.
