Candidates must be fully committed and available to work evenings and weekends, and must also have a valid G driver’s license and their own vehicle.

We're one week past the end of our 6th Annual Walk For Hope Campaign, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every volunteer, donor, participant, sponsor, and supporter who helped make this year's campaign a success.

Together, our community came together to raise critical funds that will directly support essential programs and services right here in Mississauga. Every step taken, every dollar donated, and every act of support helps bring hope, connection, and meaningful assistance to individuals and families who need it most.

We're incredibly grateful for the generosity, compassion, and community spirit shown throughout this campaign. Thank you for walking alongside us and helping make a lasting difference. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Today, Mississauga Community Church and Community & Family Services celebrated National Doughnut Day by sharing doughnuts and smiles with our community.

As part of our outreach efforts, we visited Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre and Sunrise Senior Living to connect with people and build relationships.

This special day has its roots in The Salvation Army’s ministry during the First World War, when doughnuts were served to soldiers on the front lines as a simple act of comfort, care, and encouragement.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue that tradition of care and community today.
