NCP Community Connections and .cc came together to do something meaningful. We brought youth and seniors into one space for a shirt printing workshop. Through this hands-on activity, we connected across generations while printing NCP shirts together. Big shout out to our community partners for helping bring this vision to life.

Hello ncp youth! 💚

Community isn’t built in a single moment. It’s built in shared rooms, familiar faces, small wins, and showing up again and again.

In 2025, Community Connections became a place where newcomer youth, adults, and seniors didn’t just access services; they found belonging, confidence, and pathways forward.

Through workshops, conversations, leadership opportunities, and everyday connections, we helped turn uncertainty into orientation and isolation into participation.

These moments matter. When people feel connected, they stay engaged, learn faster, support one another, and build roots that last.

This post is just a glimpse of a year spent strengthening the social fabric of Peel one relationship at a time.

Thank you to every participant, partner, and staff who made 2025 a year of growth, trust, and collective momentum!
