Preparing for college and university is an exciting time, but it can often feel overwhelming, especially when you add diabetes to the mix. At Diabetes Hope Foundation, we know that you have questions about what to expect and how to manage your T1D during this new phase of your life. In response, we work with students who have already transitioned with T1D to develop programs and resources that pro

vide you with the information and support you need to successfully transition to post-secondary school. DHF offers a Scholarship Program, free downloadable resources, informative webinars, and peer support programs for you (and your families) to connect you to the resources you need to succeed in achieving your academic and health goals.
