The UTMSU Fall By-Elections are coming up, and we’re looking for a Deputy Returning Officer (DRO) to help ensure our elections are fair, organized, and accessible to students.

As DRO, you’ll work alongside the Chief Returning Officer and Elections & Referenda Committee to:
🗳️ Support election and referendum planning
📋 Help hire, train, and supervise Poll Clerks
⚖️ Ensure elections are conducted fairly and without bias
📚 Enforce election rules and procedures
🤝 Help resolve conflicts and support the election team

Experience with students’ unions, Poll Clerking, or electoral processes is an asset!
