Mississauga has taken a welcome step by removing permit requirements for boulevard gardens, giving residents greater freedom to contribute to the beauty and character of their neighbourhoods.

Beyond aesthetics, boulevard gardens contribute to environmental sustainability and local biodiversity. They remind us that thriving communities are built through shared responsibility and everyday acts of stewardship.

Good news! We still have over 2,000 big, beautiful, healthy native perennial plants (lovingly grown by our volunteers from local, ethically-sourced seed!) and a great variety of species remaining from our plant sale! Still a bargain at $3.50 each. Added treat: we now have some native shrubs - New Jersey tea, bush honeysuckle, shrubby St. John's wort, and sweet fern, each $12.

We are located in Port Credit, south Misssissauga near the lake. Email BB at [email protected] for an appointment to come get these goodies.

Here is the species list with inventory numbers as of June 6. Still a great selection but going fast! **Note - ALL proceeds from plant sales support our charitable organization's programs.
