Today on Canadian Armed Forces Day, we recognize the dedication and service of the individuals in the Canadian Armed Forces who contribute to the safety and resilience of our communities and country.

Their efforts include national security and extend to disaster response, community aid, and international peacekeeping efforts. We acknowledge their contributions and the role they play in strengthening communities across Canada.

We are honoured to be recognized by the Inclusive Workplace and Supply Council of Canada (IWSCC) as the recipient of the 2026 Reach Forum Community Impact Award.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts of Community Futures offices across British Columbia, our dedicated staff and advisors, and the entrepreneurs we are privileged to support every day.

Through initiatives such as the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP), we remain committed to reducing barriers, expanding access to business ownership and self-employment, and creating more inclusive opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities to succeed.
