Pathways to Entrepreneurship is back!
Do you know an Indigenous youth who is ready to explore what’s next?
Pathways to Entrepreneurship is a free, 6-week, culturally grounded program for Indigenous youth in the Shuswap and Okanagan regions who want to explore entrepreneurship, employment, education, and their future.
Participants will:
✨ Discover their strengths
✨ Build confidence
✨ Connect with Elders, mentors, and peers
✨ Explore business ideas, careers, and education in a supportive, welcoming environment
✨ Build a pathway forward based on their own strengths, interests, and goals
No previous business experience is required.
Who can apply?
• Indigenous youth ages 16–29 living in the Shuswap or Okanagan region
• Self-identify as having a disability, neurodivergent profile, or ongoing health condition
• Interested in personal growth, employment, education, or entrepreneurship
📅 Orientation: September 29, 2026
📅 Program Begins: October 6, 2026
🎉 Celebration: November 12, 2026
📍 Location: RISE Up Indigenous Wellness Centre, Salmon Arm
💲 Cost: Free for eligible participants
