We are pleased to offer an additional training opportunity for you skaters. We are offering dry land training every Wednesday from 6:00pm–6:30pm.

Dry land training is an important component of a skater’s development and complements on-ice practice in many ways.

These sessions will focus on building strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination, all of which directly translate to improved performance on the ice.

Skaters can benefit from:
-Increased power for jumps and improved jump height
-Better balance and stability for spins and footwork
-Enhanced flexibility, which supports overall skating skills and reduces injury risk
-Improved endurance and overall fitness

Dry land training also provides a safe environment for skaters to practice technique and body positioning without the added challenge of being on the ice.

We strongly encourage all skaters to take advantage of this opportunity as part of their overall training program.

Coast to Coast 🇨🇦 What a wonderful show!!!

Our end of season Gala was the perfect way to celebrate an amazing year on the ice. Skaters took us on a journey across Canada, bringing energy, creativity, and so much club spirit to every performance! ✨️

A huge THANK YOU, to our incredible coaches, our dedicated Gala committee, and our wonderful parent volunteers that helped make the night such a success. It truly takes a team to make the magic happen. 🎉
