It is Week of the Early Childhood Educator which means it's a time to celebrate the amazing team who cares for and teaches and welcomes the children each day! This group of ladies truly put their best foot forward, are eager to learn and adapt to each child's needs.

Working with young children is not always easy, it's requires the staff to be present, fully engaged, calm and ready to share their own regulation with the children. They make it look easy and deserve a recognition of appreciation, for showing up, learning and caring for these kids well. Thank you SELC Staff for everything you do, from getting 8 infants and toddlers dressed every day in winter gear for outside play to bringing the childrens interests and learning to real life, to working together with families to help children overcome obstacles and milestones, we really do have some treasures with us.
