We are a group of Milton residents and business owners who are fighting a plan to construct a massive 18 storey, 260+ unit condominium complex in the heart of Milton’s historic downtown. We believe that this development would destroy everything that people love about downtown Milton: its heritage, its human scale, and the small town feel that we have so carefully preserved here. While most of us d

o not object to some redevelopment on this section of Mill Street, the scale and height of the proposed development will completely dwarf the surrounding buildings and is totally out of keeping with the character of Milton’s downtown core.
