Milton Halal Food Bank had the pleasure of receiving an invite to P.L Robertson's 2026 iftar dinner, during which the students, staff, parents and community came together to donate non-perishable food items through their food drive, as well as over $700 by cheque!

We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all involved in giving to our cause and believing in our mission. It warms our hearts knowing our community fosters an environment where combatting food insecurity is a point of focus. And the students of P.L Robertson showed up!

They donated non-perishable items such as canned foods, rice, pasta, soup, juice, and more!

We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the students, staff, parents and community at Bruce Trail Public school! The students came together and made a substantial donation to Milton Halal Food Bank. Donations like these, especially in the month of Ramadan, are what enable us to fight food insecurity.

We thank the students for the initiative they've shown. It's an inspiration to us all that the youth of today care so much about their community and that the parents are instilling powerful values in their children.
