We were always looking for accessible areas for Hannah. Glad to see this.
Accessible beaches for accessible communities.
In 2025, the Township of Tiny enhanced beach access with:
• Improved directional signage to the accessible entrance and added a new seating area at Bluewater Beach.
• Upgraded accessible parking and washroom facilities and implemented a new boardwalk at Cawaja Beach.
These improvements provide enhanced beaches access and help to remove barriers for residents and visitors to enjoy the water along beautiful Georgian Bay.
In 2026 we will be:
• Enhancing the rolling boardwalk at Lafontaine Beach Park.
• Building a new boardwalk at Balmoral Avenue and Laurel Avenue beach access.
• Implementing accessibility features in the Toanche Pavilion.
