🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡
Today, we pause to reflect and honour the children, survivors, families, and communities whose lives were forever changed by residential schools. We acknowledge the pain, the stories, and the resilience of Indigenous Peoples.
This past summer, our community came together for our Orange Jersey Game — a time to learn, remember, and stand in solidarity. We are deeply grateful for the gift of lacrosse, a game rooted in Indigenous culture, which continues to bring us together with joy, purpose, and respect.
As we share these moments, we commit to carrying forward the spirit of truth, reconciliation, and gratitude both on and off the floor.
