This month, we're celebrating 10 years of bringing YOUR Midhurst Neighbours magazine to mailboxes throughout the community! What started as a way to connect neighbours has grown into a decade of celebrating the people, businesses, families, pets, events, and everyday moments that make Midhurst such an incredible place to call home.

To everyone who has shared their story, welcomed us into their homes, supported local businesses through the magazine, contributed articles, or simply looked forward to each month's issue—thank you. This magazine is, and always has been, about you.

We're honoured to help shine a spotlight on the people and places that make this community so special, and we can't wait to keep sharing your stories for years to come.

From all of us at , we hope your day is filled with everything that makes living here so special... family, friends, great food, laughter, and maybe a little friendly debate over who makes the best potato salad. (Every neighbourhood has that family.)

Whether you're spending the day at the lake, around the BBQ, exploring our beautiful community, or simply relaxing on the front porch waving to your neighbours, we hope you take a moment to appreciate what makes Midhurst such an incredible place to call home.

To all the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, bonus moms, dog moms, foster moms, and the women who show up with love every single day — Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

Communities like ours are built on the quiet magic mothers create behind the scenes. The lunches packed before sunrise, the cheering from the sidelines, the late-night talks, the rides across town, the endless support, and the love that somehow stretches to everyone who needs it.

Today we celebrate the women raising families, lifting others up, building businesses, volunteering at schools, checking in on neighbours, and making our community feel like home.

Whether today is joyful, complicated, emotional, or somewhere in between, we hope you feel appreciated for all that you do — because it never goes unnoticed.

We absolutely love shining a spotlight on the amazing people, businesses, and stories that make our community so special. From local entrepreneurs to creative standouts (yes, that includes you), there’s always something worth celebrating.
Have something to share, promote, or highlight? We’d love to hear from you! We’re always accepting submissions and are excited to feature more of our community.

Where do we even begin with this shining gem of a human?!
From the moment you meet Julie, you’re instantly pulled into her world of creativity, beauty, and just the right touch of whimsical magic. ✨

Her eye for design is unmatched, her talent endless, and her Disney-like sparkle? Absolutely contagious.

Julie, you bring so much heart, laughter, and imagination into everything you do; and everyone lucky enough to know you feels it. You truly make our world (and our team!) a brighter, more beautiful place.

We’re also pretty grateful that not only brought you into our lives but made it official by putting a ring on it 💍 (well played, Sean 👏).

Where do we even begin with this guy… always smiling, always laughing, and somehow always the life of every single party (seriously, how do you have that much energy?! 😄).

Sean, you’ve got one of the most genuine hearts out there. The kind of person who shows up, lifts people up, and makes everyone feel like they belong. Whether it’s a big celebration or just a random Tuesday, you go out of your way to be the ultimate host; making sure everyone feels the warmth, the laughter, and that unmistakable “you’re family here” vibe. And that? That’s pretty special.
With your amazing wife Julie, your wonderful daughter Shanelle, and of course your furry budz by your side, you’ve built something truly beautiful; and we’re all lucky to be a part of your extended crew.
