Everyone who signed in for a program at CORAH-Middleton during Seniors Week (October 2–9) was automatically entered into our Seniors Week Prize Draw, and what a fantastic week it was!

A total of 252 participants attended at least one program and were entered into the draw!

✨ Line Dancing is just one of the many weekly activities happening at CORAH! A shoutout to instructor, Justine Reiner, whose enthusiasm and energy make every class a highlight!

Each week, more than 50+ dancers across two groups step onto the dance floor for an afternoon of fun, friendship, fitness, and plenty of laughter.

Thank you, Maxine, for an engaging and informative presentation on Costa Rica! Through your stories, photographs, and travel experiences, you provided a fascinating look at the country's natural beauty, culture, and landmarks.

We enjoyed learning about the active volcanoes as well as local attractions such as Waterfall Gardens, Skywalks, and the Basilica Cartago. Your insights brought Costa Rica to life and inspired us to learn more about (and travel to) this remarkable country 💜

On September 30, the College will be closed for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as we pause to commemorate and honour the children who never returned home from residential schools and the Survivors, families and communities forever impacted. It’s also a time to learn about the many Calls to Action and commit ourselves to the work of reconciliation.

To honour this day, all NSCC flags will be at half-mast. We encourage our community to wear orange and learn more about the history of Mi'kma'ki, the land we live on today.
