I love being in a conspiracy with the Universe and it's not just a theory. I have concrete proof to back it up. Call me crazy, call me whatever you like but everything is always working out for me. It may not always be the way I wanted at the time but in hindsight I see that it is the way it needed to be to learn the lessons I needed to learn and I have learned that whatever is required will be provided if I only surrender, let go and allow. I am also very aware of the rich abundant life I live here tucked away in the bush surrounded by nature and a small community of neighbors that have become an important part of my life, It's been a long road to get to this place and many changes have happened along the way- seasons of life I call it- the loss of a spouse, the empty nest- downsizing from a home in the city ( well not really a city in my terms rather just a bigger town but it calls itself a city so who am I to argue) to a smaller more rural setting.
Yet here I am feeling at peace and content with my lot in life. Miracles are happening all the time-I need only look out the window to see the leaves transitioning from green to yellow until it is time to let go completely . One leaf in particular is spinning in the breeze- it looks suspended in nothing but I know from a closer look that it is caught up in a spider's web and that too is a miracle in my eyes. Sometimes we might feel like we are spinning out of control but we too are connected to the strength of a Higher Power that we can hold onto while we spin through the seasons of life. I can see a poplar branch that by some other miracle has grown into the shape of a heart confirming to me that my heart has found a spiritual home.
Further proof of the conspiracy happened yesterday when my heart was calling out for a connection and not 5 minutes later I received a message from a friend across the bay reaching out for visit. Turns out we were exactly what each other needed at the time. Her life had changed drastically in the past months having lost her spouse and she too will be entering a new season. We shared a cup of tea and hugs...talked of our mutual love of music and the power it has to see us through difficult times - reflected on our paths and stood together in the warmth of the September sun and marveled at the power of Nature and its ability to heal. Nature- another gift that has so much power to guide and teach us if only we take the time to notice.... Have a wonderful day my friends...Much love!

On this day ...Good Friday 2020 I am still learning that solitude and silence can be a wonderful thing. Often in change we discover hidden aspects of ourselves. 🍀🍀🍀Well I hung my green stockings by the chimney with care...but alas when I woke ...there was nothing in there.....I had hoped that the leprechaun would leave me a shot ..oh what disappointment😔 when I seen he had not...It will have to be coffee if I want something to drink ... so off I went to the kitchen and there over the sink.....when what to my sleepy eyes did appear but a bottle of whiskey for some St. Paddy's CHEER......🍀🍀🍀Have a great day everyone☘☘☘ Keep smiling !!!🥂🥂🥂
