We will set up for clay shooting tonight at the Melfort Range
Start at 5pm go till dusk or your out of shells
Anyone interested come on out
Not shooting but want to watch come on out also bring some ear protection
Not a member no problem shoot as a guest tonight to see if it’s a sport you want to take up
25 clay targets 5 different types to try out cost is $6.00 shoot as many times as you want
Bring your own shells must be target size shot 7.5,8 or 9 shot
Last chance to practise up before the clubs Clay Buster Fun shoot this weekend

Come on out and shoot some clays open to the public don’t have to be a member for our Clay Buster Fun Event

$6.00 for 25 clays bring your own shells

For anyone that’s interested the Melfort Wildlife Shooting Club will start their regular Sporting Clays Shooting on Wednesday evenings
We shoot every Wednesday weather permitting
First night is the 13th of May at 6pm
Takes place at the range on Highway 41A West of Melfort
25 targets are $6.00
You supply your own shells, shoot as many as you want
Eye and ear protection are required for the shooters
The club has 11 electric throwers set up for you to hone your skills on
From I’ve never tried it before, to hey I’m pretty good at this are welcome it’s all in fun
We have every type of target set up in different situations
Regular clays, Midi, Mini, Battue and Rabbits we have them all
If you are interested but not sure come out and observe
Or if you would like to try but have no equipment members are willing to let you use their equipment for a few rounds to see if it’s a sport you might like to participate in
Come out and give it a try it’s all in fun

Saturday May 02 2026 we will be holding our Annual Awards Bbq at the club house. Doors open at 5:00. Come have a burger, share your fishing and hunting stories…. See who gets an award for their hunting or fishing efforts.
Cost is $10/Adult $5/Child

Attention!! Don’t forget to renew your 2026 Wildlife membership before the opening of fishing season or before August 1st to qualify for Big Game awards. You can call or text our membership chairperson at (306)921-3737. Memberships are also available at Cash for Trash in Melfort.
