🌿 Science Lab Adventure!

Yesterday for Science Lab, we ventured out to the garden centre to pick out fresh herbs for our herb garden pots and we loved every minute of it.We learned all about different herbs, what they pair well with, and the many ways they can be used beyond cooking. Everyone got hands‑on, asked great questions, and explored the scents, textures, and uses of each plant.

These herbs will be used in our Cooking Towards Independence program and for any special meals we whip up along the way.

We love learning, exploring, and building real‑life skills together.

It’s FriYAY PD Day for our youth!

So much fun, so many laughs, and the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

We love seeing our kiddos come together, try new things, and bring the best energy.

What a wonderful Wednesday for our Road Runners!

We spent the morning at Peace of Heart Equine, enjoying the most beautiful visit with their amazing animals — horses, goats, bunnies, kittens, dogs, chickens, and even a pig. Such a special experience and so close to home.

Afterwards, we headed to Memorial Park for a picnic and a refreshing hike.

We wrapped up our day back at the centre with games and ice cream.

Grateful for community, sunshine, and days filled with joy.

Fun Fit Friday is officially underway at Journey!

Our group has been off to an amazing start. From town scavenger hunts to hiking our beautiful local trails, everyone has been moving, exploring, and challenging themselves in the best ways.The energy has been high, the teamwork has been awesome, and we’re so proud of the effort everyone is putting in.
