Pastors Tyler & Deb Coupland were raised up under the ministry of Apostle Terry Noel, Pastor of Saskatoon Full Gospel Church and Founder or Bridge Ministry International Network. Pastors Tyler and Deb served as youth ministers, but in the year 2000 took their family on an adventure to teach at Light for Africa Bible School for five months in Durban, South Africa. In 2003 the Couplands felt a call

to begin a new Spirit-filled work in Meadow Lake under Apostle Terry. He’s gotta be Lord in here, before He’s Lord out there. ~ Pastor Tyler
