🌿 Congratulations to Our Yard Maintenance Contest Winners! 🌿

We are excited to announce the winners of this year’s Yard Maintenance Contest! Three tenants and one senior resident have been recognized for their hard work and dedication in keeping their yards neat, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.

Your efforts have not only brightened your own homes but have also helped create a community we can all take pride in. 🌸🏡🌱

A special thank you to Affinity and Sandbox Insurance for their generous contributions in support of this contest. Your partnership helps us celebrate and encourage the pride our residents take in their homes and community.

Then it’s time to SHOW IT OFF! We’re kicking off our Yard of the Month Contest — running June, July, and August — and we’re on the hunt for the BEST-KEPT yard in the neighborhood! 🏡✨

🏆 The top 3 yards will be chosen each month to be entered for a draw at the end of August!

Each month you may be rechosen in the top 3 for a chance to Win!!🏆 — so keep those lawns trimmed, gardens blooming, and yards looking their very best!
