Unfortunately our supplies did not arrive on time. We will have to postpone this work bee until next weekend Aug 29 & 30th.

Hoping this weekend will be our final work bee @ Lucille cabin! We have lower siding and back deck railing to install. Also a Rec Sites & Trails sign to be installed at KM 10! We’re so thankful for all the help we’ve received and hoping a few more are willing to pop out for this weekend! PM for a place to stay! Lunch & beverages supplied!

The Canadian Council of Snowmobile Organizations is calling on the federal government to invest $55 million in snowmobile trail infrastructure across Canada and to make winter trails eligible for future federal infrastructure and climate funding.

Across the country, 131,000 kilometers of volunteer-managed snowmobile trails connect communities, support tourism and rural economies, and provide important recreation and emergency access. But much of the infrastructure behind those trails — bridges, culverts, signage and grooming equipment — is aging, while extreme weather continues to add new pressures.

Now is an opportunity for riders to speak up.

CCSO has made it easy to send a letter directly to your MP and key federal ministers. It takes about two minutes, and adding a few words about what snowmobile trails mean to your community can make it even more powerful.

Take action: https://app.goadvocate.ca/en/campagnes/support-snowmobile-trail-infrastructure/email/

Strong trails support strong clubs, communities and winter recreation across Canada.

📸 Could your photo be our next cover?

The search is on for the cover image of the 2026-2027 BCSF Print Annual Magazine... and it could be yours.

Each year, our magazine showcases the people, places, and passion behind organized snowmobiling in British Columbia. It's distributed to clubs, riders, tourism partners, government, visitor centres, dealerships, and industry partners across the province.

We're looking for:
❄️ Cover-worthy images
📷 Action, lifestyle, and scenic photography
🛠️ Behind-the-scenes moments from clubs and volunteers
📖 Great stories that deserve to be shared

We're also expanding our network of photographers and content creators for upcoming BCSF and Letsridebc projects throughout the season. If you create exceptional snowmobile content, we'd love to hear from you. We commission photography and pay for selected images and content.

Think you've got something we'd love?

Reach out to us at [email protected] and let's start the conversation.
