๐ŸŒŸ UPDATE! Important Program Change ๐ŸŒŸ

Mayerthorpe FCSS was awarded $25,000 through the Government of Canadaโ€™s New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP)! ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Thanks to this funding, we are now offering a 100% subsidy for eligible Mayerthorpe residents 55 years and older for:

๐ŸŒฟ Lawn maintenance
โ„๏ธ Snow shovelling
๐Ÿš— Transportation

This subsidized programming is available until March 2027, or until funding is fully allocated.

If youโ€™re 55+ and a Mayerthorpe resident, donโ€™t miss out!

The Mayerthorpe Literacy Fair is excited to return on August 19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mayerthorpe Diamond Centre!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun, learning, and connection. Children can enjoy a variety of engaging activities, while families can explore local resources and connect with organizations in the community.

Saturday, August 15th Pleasant View Lodge will be featuring Two Laine Highway!

Everyone in the community is welcome to attend, so bring your family and friends for an afternoon of great music and community spirit.
