Our story project for Historical Mattawa Metis Community 😊 Come to Heritage Day and talk to the team!

Share your Métis family history from in and around Mattawa; what traditions have you kept alive?

Bring old photographs and documentation of and about your Métis ancestors from and in the Mattawa area. Tell us their stories!

The team from Know History will be there to digitize photos and documents!

While drop-ins are welcome, we recommend pre-registering for either Mattawa on May 24th or North Bay on May 25th.
