And that’s a wrap on the 2025-2026 season! The Mattawa Figure Skating Club would like to thank all their skaters for their dedication and hard work this winter! Thank you to parents for supporting the club. We love watching these kids grow each year and can’t wait to continue working on new skills next season! 💙

For the PRE-STAR parents/skaters,

Please show your skater this video if possible. Off-ice training for jumps is extremely helpful when learning, to gain confidence in the movement! We can run 10 minutes of off-ice upstairs this Thursday from 4:20-4:30. If you’re interested in this comment below and I will come early. Let’s make this last skate the best one yet!

Let’s try this again. We are looking for ONE OR TWO volunteers to help with the 50/50 draw at the Bryan Adam’s Tribute on Feb 28.

Fundraiser’s are extremely important to help keep costs down for parents. We are a small club- meaning our skater fee’s alone don’t cover all our costs. Please consider volunteering to help keep this club going!

Hello MFSC parents,
We have been offered a great opportunity! At the Bryan Adam’s Tribute concert, we have been offered to run a 50/50 draw, proceeds will be put towards our 2026/2027 season.

If you would like to help us raise money and work the event please put your name on our sign up sheet tonight. If we have a few parents willing to help we could do 1 or 2 hr shifts so you may not have to stay for the entire event and just do a portion. Let me know if you’re interested! Thank you.

🍫 Mattawa Figure Skating Club Fundraiser! ⛸️
We’re excited to announce our chocolate bar fundraiser!

Each family is asked to sell one box of chocolate (valued at $100) to support our club.

Each box includes:
🍫 18 Milk Chocolate with Crisp
🍫 24 Milk Chocolate with Caramel
🍫 18 Pure Milk Chocolate

Bars will be sold at 3 for $5 — a sweet way to support our skaters! ❤️

We plan to hand out the boxes this week on Thursday, November 13th, and ask that proceeds be returned by December 18th (cash or cheque payable to Mattawa Figure Skating Club).
