A strong community is built through collaboration, learning, and the relationships we create along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority and District of Nipissing Paramedic Services for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of this valuable training opportunity.

Experiences like this give us the chance to strengthen our knowledge and abilities, learn from one another, and build stronger relationships with the organizations and people who serve our communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to train together, grow together, and continue building partnerships that help make our communities stronger and safer.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible!

What a great opportunity to work with our community partners Ontario Provincial Police - North East Region to express a safety message to our local children about water safety, bicycle safety, and road safety.

Have a great summer kids!

The 2025-2026 school year may have ended, but we're still celebrating those who made it special.

On June 23, our Parent Engagement BBQ and Funday was a wonderful success!

We were thrilled to welcome members from the Mattawa detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police - North East Region and Mattawa Fire Department to join us for a delicious BBQ lunch and an engaging presentation on summer safety. Their visit brought learning to life as students had the exciting opportunity to explore emergency vehicles up close, ask questions, and connect with local heroes in a hands-on way.

A heartfelt thank you to:
🔥 Mattawa Fire Department – Chief Shawn Hongell, Firefighter Melanie Burton, and Captain Noelle McIntee
🚔 OPP – Provincial Constable Katie Jodouin, and from the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT), Provincial Constable Walter Cecchini

We are so grateful for your time, your expertise, and the important role you play in keeping our community safe.

Thank you to all our families who joined us—we loved sharing this special day with you!
