Martensville-Warman Early Years Family Resource Centre We provide programming and support for early learning, parenting education, family wellness, as well as information and referrals.

The Martensville-Warman Early Years Family Resource Centre (MWEYFRC) offers free programming, services and resources for all families with young children, prenatal to age five. We are different than a childcare centre as we offer drop-in programs, special events, and visits with professionals such as Speech and Language Pathologists or health professionals. We provide a space where caregivers come

to connect with their children through activities and play. Once our website is up, daycares and preschools can book a time slot to visit the centre. Time slots will be once a week so stay tuned!

Another new program? Why yes, I think we will. Presenting – Sensory Exploration!
This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5! This programs focus is a hands-on learning experience designed to stimulate children’s senses – touch, sight, smell, sound taste and movement. It is a program that encourages children to explore the world around them using their five senses, alongside developing important skills!

On Monday we will have Bonnie the SLP here during Bonding thru Play to answer any questions you may have regarding your child's speech. Then in the afternoon we are offering a new program for the older kiddos- Sensory Exploration -This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5! This programs focus is a hands-on learning experience designed to stimulate children’s senses – touch, sight, smell, sound taste and movement. It is a program that encourages children to explore the world around them using their five senses, alongside developing important skills!
On Tuesday we will have Victoria joining us for Tummy Explorers, with Practical Life Skills in the afternoon, where children will be working on Cleaning. We will work on wiping spills, sweeping, dusting among other skills!
On Wednesday we will be at the Quiet Life Studio in Warman for some yoga, with Bonding thru Play in the afternoon.
On Thursday Michele (a Lactation Consultant and Nutritionist) will be during Sip+Chat to talk to Moms, with Bonding thru Play in the afternoon.
On Friday we will have Parent + Baby in the morning. This program is for Caregiver will kiddos in that age range to come safely explore the centre, with Water Play in the afternoon *Please bring a change of clothes*.
