send us a message on FB messenger & include Names of family members, ages of children(if any) city, address, phone number. Once we review the info we can then have a hamper ready for pickup on Wednesday between 11:00-1:00 ONLY in room 2 of the Civic Centre
To pick up a hamper we require identification for each family member(health cards, etc) & something to indicate you're a resident of the area we serve(utility bill, etc) If you're new to Canada or Saskatchewan and/or don't have a healthcard please let us know. The deadline for a hamper is Tuesday at 5:30. Messages answered between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM Mon-Fri.
