Markham Guild of Village Crafts

Markham Guild of Village Crafts We are a not-for-profit multi-media craft guild located in the historic city of Markham, Ontario.

Our goal is to preserve the crafting traditions of the past through teaching and also to explore and create new crafting styles for the future. Monthly meetings featuring guest speakers are held on the second Tuesday of each month (September through June) at 7:30pm in the Guild Hall. Office hours: Thursday - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

r and are available to all ages, skills and ability levels. Members enjoy discounted course rates, monthly meetings and newsletter, access to our extensive craft resource library and Guild equipment, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate your skills at local shows and festivals and to sell your work at our annual sales and events.

On Tuesday, a group from the church joined us at the Markham Guild to learn to quill angels. In a little over 2 hours, everyone left with an angel. We offer workshops upon request for groups larger than 3 people if we have teachers available.
