The Board of Trustees of your Benefit Plans encourage all Active Members to attend one of the two education seminars on the dates shown above. You and your spouse/partner are invited.

The seminar covers:
Financial and benefit items: your Health and Pension Plans, including benefits for retired members, government benefits, and,
Pension Plan services available through Manulife, including retirement financial planning and investment management.

The seminar will start at 9:00 a.m. and will finish by 2:30 p.m.
A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will also be served.

How to Reserve Your Place at the Seminar:
Seminars are well attended. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You must register in advance if you wish to attend. Customized information is prepared for those who register in advance.

You must register at least 10 business days before the applicable seminar date.

Vacation Pay Reminders:
You will receive automatic Vacation Pay payments twice a year as follows:
- By May 15, a payment is made (usually vacation pay earned from October 1 to March 31), and,
- By November 15, a payment is made (usually vacation pay earned from April 1 to September 30).
- All benefit payments are made by direct deposit to your selected financial institution.
