Before you invest in energy upgrades, do you know where your building is actually using the most energy? ⚡

Serving on a condo board or strata council can come with some pretty big questions.

Things like:

• What happens if a major repair costs more than expected?
• Are we putting enough into the reserve fund?

• Is there a building problem we haven’t caught yet?
• What happens if an emergency happens tomorrow?

AGM season is here. Is your condo or strata community ready? 👀

This time of year, many CCI chapters across Canada are also holding their own Annual General Meetings, making it a timely reminder of just how important AGMs are for condo and strata communities.
