Deconstruction has begun! Said goodbye to 90% of the flooring & wallpaper, took off any extra decor, and now it's time to wash down the whole house. After that, I want to paint everything white to prime it.

Also discovered that this house is, in fact, entirely handmade! Some people in one of my miniature groups claimed they thought it might be a kit, but I can guarantee this is 100% made by hand. The walls are made of styrofoam and cardboard. Most of the house is made of these materials. It is also marked, lovingly, with what each room was destined to be by the original creator.

I am excited to continue to work on this house! Stay tuned for more updates!

The dollhouse arrived today! It needs lots of love to bring it back to life! I can see how it was loved for many years, but now it's time to renovate it and make it new again.

It turns out this dollhouse is actually 1:6 scale, not 1:12. So it will be accessible to Barbie dolls and the like. What kind of Barbie do you see living here?

Hello everyone! 🩷✨

It's been a bit since I've updated this page. I found this beautiful dollhouse which will be in my possession soon. I'm going to be completely renovating it and making it into a Retro 1980s style Barbie Dream House! 🪩

This dollhouse is antique and entirely handmade! I want to keep the charm of the house while suping it up with some funky colours and fun designs. 💜
