Our youth ministry is restarting - with The Paperclip Game! It has a new date of Tuesday, September 29th, 6-8pm (we pushed it back a week!)

This is a special event for all students grade 5 to 12. We will pair up the youth into teams, and give each team an adult driver and a paperclip. The team is responsible to drive through town, going door to door, with one goal: trade the paperclip for the largest / best item possible.

Registration is required for the event, and youth need to bring a filled out permission form or have a parent fill one out on drop off. You can register here: https://parklandchurch.churchcenter.com/people/forms/1316594

Our regular youth ministry runs every Tuesday, starting October 6th. For grades 5-8, it runs 6:30pm to 7:30pm. For grades 9-12, it runs 8pm to 9pm. With 30 minutes between each for hang out and tuck shop!

We are relaunching kids ministry Sunday September 13th!

Our kids ministry program goes from JK to Grade 5. Our kids kickoff the year with our first unit, 'He Makes All Things New'. Our kids will be learning about how God wants to have a relationship with each one of us, and how His Word is our guide to how to do it.

If you plan on bringing your kids, and haven't registered them yet for our program, please do it here!

Big events coming up this month!

Our Youth Group (Grades 5-12) is relaunching with The Paperclip Game! Youth will drive around with an adult leader and a paperclip - and whoever can trade it for the coolest item before the end wins! Registration is required. Visit parklandchurch.ca/event/the-paperclip-game/ to sign up.

We love our volunteers and we wouldn't be able to do anything without them! So after service Sunday, September 20th, we're having a small Volunteer Appreciation Get-Together. If you help out at the church - you are invited!

Lastly, we are running a special Family Service and Potluck the last Sunday of the month - Sep 27th at 10:30am. Our kids will leave their normal kids program and join us in the main service for a special family-oriented service with special music, activities, and a message tailored to all ages. And after service - we feast! Please bring a nut-free dish to share, if you are able.
