Magic happens when women come together. And that is exactly what it felt like at last week’s Mother Daughter retreat hosted by at .studio

I had the honor of facilitating a little Mom & Daughter Activity for the mothers and daughters who joined us last Saturday.

My heart is still so full.

Watching mamas and their babies connect, laugh, create memories, and simply be present with one another was such a beautiful reminder of why I do this work.

A huge thank you to .dembowski for creating and holding space for such a beautiful and meaningful event and for inviting .ca to be part of it. It was really such a blessing to be a part of this collaboration with so many incredible women. hidson and it was so nice to finally meet you in real life and witness your magic.
These events always remind me that community and connection matters, and slowing down and creating intentional moments with our children is everything.

From the moment our babies are placed in our arms, we know we are raising them to one day spread their wings and build lives of their own.

But knowing it and living through it are two very different things.

This chapter has stretched me, tested me, and taught me more than I ever expected.

Three things I’ve learned this year:

✨ The ordinary moments are not ordinary.

The car rides, movie nights, the random conversations, the little routine,
the everyday moments that seem insignificant while you’re living them…
One day, those are the moments you will miss the most.

✨Every chapter ends

The beautiful chapters,
difficult chapters,
chaotic chapters,
the chapters we wish would last forever…

Nothing stays the same.

And while there is sadness in that, there is also beauty, because every ending creates space for new beginnings.

✨We are writing our story every single day.
And how we show up matters.
We make the moments with our attention, our presence, choices and our love, and those memories become a part of their story…

This weekend, while in a room full of mothers and daughters at the Sun to Seed Retreat, I witnessed them all living moments of a chapter they will one day look back on with full hearts.
That is why intentional mother & child spaces like and .ca matter…

Let this be your reminder today.

Whatever chapter you’re in…
Be in it.

One day, you’ll realize it wasn’t “just another day.”

It was all a part of the story. 🦋

I am so excited to announce that Made of Stars Studios will be joining Sun to Seed Retreats for a beautiful Mother & Daughter gathering on May 30th from 1-5pm at Spirit Rising Healing Co.

This gathering invites mothers and daughters to slow down and celebrate the beautiful relationship they share.

Through connection-based activities, conversation, creativity and shared reflection, participants will explore the many gifts that flow between mothers and daughters — love, guidance, patience, laughter, and support.

Through all the plot twists, redirections and everything in between that was 2025,

I wanted to reach out with a heart full of gratitude.
Whether your daughter joined me in a GirlStory workshop, you experienced one of my Mom & Me Circles, your ordered a Cosmic Compass guide, or you became a member in the Made of Stars Mom & Me Online Community, I sincerely thank you.
Thank you for your trust, for your support, and for being part of this journey.

Like so many women I’ve spoken to, 2025 was a challenging year for me, too.
I had to cancel most of what I had planned in the second half of the year, and honestly, there were moments I felt like giving up all together.

But I know in my heart that everything I moved through this year was only preparing me to Rise into 2026.

And the same is true for you.

Whatever challenged you, stretched you, or broke you open this year, it is all a part of your story. And everything we go through, grows us, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time…

We are stepping into 2026 wiser, stronger and more powerful.✨

I saw a quote yesterday that really resonated,
“Stars can’t shine without darkness.”

And this year? There may have been a little darkness.
But that darkness is exactly what allows us to see our own light, to remember what we’re made of, and lights up what matters most.

There is a reason i named this Made of Stars, after all.

A lil throwback to 2017 ✨

My very first (and only) holiday market, standing beside my sweet niece as we promoted the little dream my sister and I were building together.

Back then, Made of Stars Studios didn’t exist yet…
We called ourselves Je M’Adore, “I adore myself,” a little love note to our French-Canadian roots.

My sister had ‘Je M’Adore Beauty’, where she did hair, makeup, and taught women how to see their own beauty through glam.
And I had ‘Je M’Adore Girls’: empowerment classes for girls to tap into self-love, and confidence from an early age.

Made of Stars Studios is still rooted in the same exact things:
✨ Self-love
✨ Empowerment
✨ Helping girls connect to the magic of who they truly are

But the vision has also grown, expanded, and become so much more than I ever imagined back in that little market booth.

It’s a whole constellation…
a weaving of motherhood, childhood, self-discovery, astrology, rituals, and heart-centered work, all orbiting around the same purpose: to help mamas and children shine brighter together.✨

Here’s to where we came from, and where we are going in 2026 and beyond… 🚀💫
