The Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization, independent of government. Its activities are carried out through the volunteer
contributions and talents of the service, business, industrial, and professional individuals that comprise its membership. Who is the Chamber of Commerce? The Chamber of Commerce is comprised of a volunteer membership that is governed by officials elected from its

membership. Various committees are formed to support the many aspects of your community and the objectives of our mandate. Membership is open to businesses of all sizes, professional groups or any individual “directly or indirectly engaged in trade, commerce, or the economics and social welfare” of our community.

Congratulations to Michelle Good on the success of her recent novel 'Eliza Sunshine'. In the week of August 29 the book made #2 on the Globe and Mail Top Seller list.
Michelle is a Canada Reads and Governor General Literary Award winner. She is the author of 'Five Little Indians' and has made Maple Creek her home.
Copies of 'Eliza Sunshine' and 'Five Little Indians' are available at the SW Sask Oldtimers' Museum, we will be open on the Labour Day Weekend.

Our Holiday Smile Cookie campaign will take place November 30-December 6 and we are seeking a local charity/community group to partner with!

Please submit a one-page proposal by Sept. 1 to Aurora at [email protected] and include the following details:
-Contact information
-Registered charity number
-How your organization serves the community
-Why the funds are needed and what they'll be used for
-How your organization will support our Holiday Smile Cookie campaign

***Notice to Summer guests: Temporary closure of the Restaurant and the Lounge***

⛳Ivan's Restaurant and The Pines Lounge and Patio will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, August 18th, from 2pm to 4pm for a staff function. We have another fun staff gathering planned to celebrate the season and bid farewell to our amazing summer staff! ☀️

Ivan's and The Pines Lounge will reopen at 4pm to happily serve you all of your favorite eats and drinks 🍔🍻
