Trauma doesn’t just impact the mind; it fractures a person's sense of self, safety, and connection to the world. To truly heal, therapy must reach beyond traditional talk therapy into the deepest layers of human experience.
Presence Psychotherapy Training Program at Hollyhock is an experiential, evidence-based intensive designed for mental health professionals ready to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and spiritual depth.
Developed by trauma expert Michelle Lepak, LCSW, this comprehensive model moves clients out of survival mode (Fight, Flight, Freeze, Submit, Attach) and into their true essence. Through a specific Presence Orienting Process, you will learn to navigate and sustain four distinct frequencies of healing.
Michelle Lepak, LCSW, is a sought-after teacher, long-time meditator, and former faculty at the University of Pennsylvania department of psychiatry. Her work is a masterful integration of IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, AEDP, and psychoanalytic training. Featured in US News & World Report and published in the APA Journal of Integrative Psychotherapy, Michelle’s model is currently practiced across 7 countries.
Format: Deeply experiential. Features didactic learning, live demonstrations, and intimate, supportive small-group practice where you will alternate as therapist, client, and observer.
