🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Volunteers! 🌟

The Malakwa Music Festival would not have been possible without the incredible time, energy, and heart that our volunteers poured into it. Made up of almost all members of the Malakwa Fire Dept., the community cannot thank you enough.

From setting up fencing, the stage and greeting guests, to cooking burgers and entertaining kids, to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you were the driving force that made the whole weekend such a success.

Every single one of you gave your time and effort to help create something special for our community, and we are so grateful. Events like this don’t just happen—they happen because of people like you, who show up with dedication, teamwork, and a love of community spirit. Not to mention the month of planning in advance!

A very special thank you to Aaron Bunbury and Colleen Bunbury for going above and beyond. Your leadership, hard work, and commitment were truly inspiring, and we could not have done it without you.

We’re excited to welcome you to a great day of music and community in beautiful Malakwa, BC — here’s what you need to know to get there:

📍 Location: Malakwa Centennial Park, 3966 Malakwa Station Road, Malakwa, BC
📌 Look for signs as you approach town — we’ll have plenty of markers to guide you right to the festival grounds.

🎫 Tickets are $20 CASH at the gate and kids are FREE!

Bring your lawn chair, your friends, and your best summer spirit.

We ask that you please leave your four-legged friends at home! (Dogs!)

💵 BRING CASH! Like any good rural festival, we’re keeping it old school! There is no ATM on site and no ATM available in Malakwa.
