During the meeting we explained that over the past few months we have been looking at finding an organization that can assist us in our journey.

We are happy to say that we have teamed up with Oncore Seniors Society.

Oncore Seniors Society is a non-profit organization that provides housing for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. The Society is committed to maintaining below-market rents, ensuring residents can continue to enjoy a high quality of life while aging in place.

Oncore Seniors Society has a long and meaningful history rooted in community service.

While the organization has evolved over time, including changes in name and structure, the core mission has remained consistent for more than 50 years: providing safe, affordable housing for seniors.

This legacy reflects the dedication of many individuals and groups who have worked tirelessly to support their community.

They currently have RiverBend Manor in Kamloops and Mayfair Manor, as well as RiverBend Manor in Prince George. In these manors residents receive three meals a day, housekeeping, activities and excursions, as well as cable, internet, and phone included.

The Lightwell is a building with 12 units for adults with disabilities.

We have Silvercrest Suites for seniors in Kamloops and a new building currently being built in Chase BC.

We continue to look for opportunities to better the lives of our seniors to live a fulfilling and independent life.
