hi all...Camille here 👋 i hope most of you have heard by now that i have had to step down from my post as Area Director of YFC Mackenzie and The 92. i have had chronic pain most of my life and this year has added chronic / post-viral fatigue to my symptoms as well ❤️‍🩹 i unfortunately was no longer physically able to continue working 😞 my last day was on Halloween where i handed out candy and had The 92 open as a place for youth to rest and warm up during their trick-or-treating 🍬 we also had a movie night after the fireworks.

there was a generation of kids born from 2004 - 2008 that i was privileged to be a part of the village that helped raise them. i watched these kids go from chaotic middle-schoolers to adults going to college. they accepted me after AJ moved to PG and they have a place so deep in my heart i will never let them go. i hope they know i will still always be there for them. our youth today navigate so much darkness all on their own, i tried my best to step in and guide them to light, whatever that meant for each circumstance.

i am sharing the posting for the new director position (my position has been broken up into multiple) please feel free to share this post, as we want to have a replacement for me as soon as possible so youth programs can get going again 💝

thank you to all of my financial supporters over the last 5 years that made my job and all the connections i formed possible 💜 it was such a huge blessing to me, and i am beyond blessed to have experienced the time that i did at YFC. thank you for keeping me in your prayers while i was in the trenches battling the present darkness (Eph. 6:12) on behalf of our youth 🙏
