⚾ VOLUNTEER NEEDED – BASEBALL TOURNAMENT ORGANIZER ⚾

The MacGregor Fair 2026 is looking for a dedicated volunteer to organize and coordinate our Baseball Tournament on Saturday, June 27, 2026 in MacGregor, Manitoba.

This is a great opportunity to support a long-standing community event and help create a fun and memorable experience for players, families, and fairgoers.

Responsibilities include:
⚾ Coordinating teams and registrations
⚾ Creating the tournament schedule
⚾ Communicating with participants
⚾ Assisting with game-day logistics and organization
⚾ Helping ensure the tournament runs smoothly

Whether you’re a baseball enthusiast, community-minded volunteer, or someone with event-planning experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Entering is easy:

✅ Drop off your exhibits on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, between 5:00–7:00 PM at the Stride Centre (front entrance)
✅ Pick up your exhibits on Saturday, June 27, 2026, between 4:00–4:30 PM

The Isobelle Wright Grand Prize will award $100 to the most outstanding adult exhibit entry.

The North Norfolk & District Agricultural Society Riding Arena is available for use by appointment.

Please note:
Arena use is by appointment only
Parking is located to the left (south) of the barns
Use of the arena is at your own risk
Fee is $10.00/person for the season

We look forward to welcoming riders and horses to our facility!

Now that the dust has settled, we’ve had a chance to reflect on what an incredible Bull Bash evening it truly was. 🐂🤠

From the first ride to the last song, the energy in the arena was amazing. Seeing our community come together to support the event, cheer on the riders, and enjoy a great night of entertainment made all the hard work worthwhile.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, Crossfire Bull Riding, Quinton Blair, the riders and stock contractors, arena crew, first responders, local businesses, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the evening a success.

To all the fans who filled the stands and brought the excitement, thank you for your support!

And a special thank you to our organizing committee: Chris Leckie, Angela Leckie, Karla Gurke, and Joanne Armstrong. Your dedication and countless hours of planning made this event possible.
