Althorpe Bolingbroke Community Association Connecting Neighbours Since 1947. Learn more: www.abchall.ca We believe it’s a tradition worth upholding. Your stories, photos and comments are always welcome!

For over 75 years, the ABCA has been bringing rural neighbours together for food, fun, exercise and entertainment. The heart of our community is the ABC Hall which operates from revenue generated by volunteer-hosted events, hall rentals and membership dues. We'll be using our page to let you know about upcoming events at the ABC Hall, share community milestones, acknowledge our volunteers, solicit input from our members, report on association business, and pass along any other newsworthy information that pertains to our little neck of the woods. So come out and join us … we’re easy to find and fun to be with! For more information: www.abchall.ca

Trivia Question: Who had the very best time last night? Was it a) The people who stayed at home doomscrolling on the couch with a bag of Cheezies, or was it b) The folks at the ABC Hall who ate delicious award-winning chili and homemade corn bread and laughed their heads off in a nail-biting trivia battle? If you guessed ‘b’ then you are correct!!!

Congratulations to our winning team, SMRTY PINTS! Many thanks to our trivia master, Dave Cotten, for a fun-filled evening and for supremely challenging our brains (who knew that Chinese Checkers weren’t from China???). Finally, special thanks to our tireless volunteers and to our award-winning chefs — we appreciate you!
