Anyone who spends their free time creating with words knows that a great many projects get started with gusto only to languish in old notebooks, computer files or get packed away in manila folders. But when those unfinished bits of dialogue and direction are written as plays the characters on the page were never really given a chance. The story and characters will ne

ver be known unless they are given the chance to walk, talk and breathe. It’s Alive is designed to do just that. With a format of six short plays in an evening, each writer has the opportunity to see their inspirations come alive. The variety and brevity of the pieces ensure that the audience will stay engaged in a fast paced evening of original theatre; locally written and staged.
