Who’s coming home to Nova Scotia this summer!?

It’s that time of year where our community of Bluenosers often make their long awaited summer vacation back to the East Coast. For some, it’s an annual pilgrimage. For others, it happens only once and awhile.

But for everyone, it’s an important part of our identity as East Coasters - whether we grew up here or fell in love with this place later in life.

First day of summer is this weekend, but they’re getting a head start on the beautiful weather in Lunenburg County 💙🌊😎

It's a seafaring TGIF at the LYC this Friday. Singer-songwriter Krisanne Cowell will be adding her lovely music to the evening, while Two Salty Chefs Catering at Salt & Sail serve up a Seafood Boil with a full lobster. (Reservations are already filling up quickly.)

If you'd like to come for the songs and the sea breeze, there's no cover - walk-ins and guests are welcome. Sit by the ocean with a cocktail while the sea shanties play!
