CDRA - Canadian DoryRacing Association CDRA's vision is to promote and maintain the heritage sport of dory racing. We strive to foster the competition and camaraderie between Canada and USA

Every year in June, elimination races take place in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, with the winners from each category earning the right to represent Canada in the International Dory Races in Gloucester, Massachusetts. In August, elimination races take place once again in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, with the winners from each category earning the right to race against Gloucester, Massachusetts when they join us for our International Dory Races in Lunenburg.

Beginner Row Club begins on Tuesday, June 2 from 630-8 pm and will be every Tuesday weather permitting until the end of July. Come and try this 75 year tradition and then sign up to become a member! Memberships are $100 for the season and Juniors (under 19) are free! Sea you on the water!!!

We have said it before and will continue to say it - this is not just a sport it is a family.
This weekend ended with our awards being presented with Canada winning 5 of 6 races.
Thank you to all of the committee and supporters that make this happen each and every year.
We are truly blessed!
