It's that time of year and we are once again looking for help in the preparation and cleanup departments for the Lobsterfest event on June 30.
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year for the Sportsplex facility and it takes a lot of people to make the event a success. If you have a few hours available, can you please sign up for one of the following shifts? Also, if you are a Facebook user, can you please post the below on your Facebook to try to recruit help.
Monday, June 29 6-9 PM
12-14 people required to complete the following:
- put table cloths on tables-
- set cutlery on tables
- wash & wrap potatoes
- wash & cut romaine lettuce
- fill sour cream cups
- wipe down chairs
- wash/prep serving utensils
- season/trim steak
- decorate

Tuesday, June 30 2-4 PM
6-8 people required to complete the following:
- cut cakes & put on plates
- prep butter, buns, serving tables
- crock pots - melt butter
- make coffee
- prepare buffet serving line
